How does your Denver House Cleaning service work?
Every client's needs are
different, so we tailor our service to your needs and budget. When we
work out your estimate we will ask you a number of questions to
establish exactly what you will need to have done and how much time
will be required. We will then send a detailed job sheet out with our
employees to ensure that our employees do what you expect. Of course if
you want just standard cleaning of your entire home or just parts of
your home we can do that! Please call our office to discuss your needs
and we can work out afree estimate for you.
We also do One Time cleanings, Deep
Cleaning, Spring cleaning, Seasonal cleaning and cleaning for
special occasions. We also do Move In, Move Out, Remodel and

Why use a housekeeping service?
After a long day at work who
wants to come home and have to clean? Most of us just don't have the
time or energy to clean. Even a stay at home mom has a full time job
taking care of the kids .. why take the time away from your family

Why not just hire and independent housekeeper?
Of course that is an option, but who has the time to locate, interview
and hire a housekeeper. And then ther is the background check, the
legal paperwork to pay the Social security, taxes, insurance, workers
compensation, etc. And then what about if it's not working out with
that particular housekeeper .. are you comfortable firing people? We
have been providing quality housekeeping
services for over twenty one years and take the hassle out of
housecleaning. We screen all of our house cleaners to ensure that
there will not be any problems in your home. All of our employees
are experienced, professional housekeepers with reputable
backgrounds.
How often will you
clean my home?
We an do whatever you need. We
can do one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service or just
occasional service. Call us to discuss your needs and we can
customize the cleaning to your needs.
Do
I have to provide you with cleaning supplies?
Nope ..we bring our own cleaning
supplies and equipment. .. so you don't have to run to the store
every time we come to clean .. leave it to us, we will take care of
everything for you..
Can trust your employees in my home?
We run very thorough background
checks of all of our employees prior to hiring them. We also
continue to run updated background checks of all employees every 4 to 6
months to ensure that there is not any pending offense that was not
picked up in the initial background check. In addition we ensure
that our employees are fully trained and experienced, and we
are bonded and insured. For security, only the professionals who
clean your
home have access to the keys, and the keys are stored in a secure
locked location. Also, for added security, keys are numerically
coded
individually and never have your address on the keys.
My
partner and I both work full-time. Do we need to be home when your employee arrives?
No. Most of our customers provide us with keys, or a garage keypad code
or a lock box or some other way to get in. Call us to discuss your
situation and we can make arrangements that will work for your
situation.
What
will the house cleaners do in my home?
Generally our service includes the items listed in our SERVICES
section. However, you can let us know what
services you would like our employees to perform and we can set up your service accordingly.
We provide a free, personalized estimate that reflects your personal
cleaning needs, and we will always try our best to accommodate all your
requests.
Do
you require cancellation notice?
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled service, we require two
business day's notice.
If
we find a house cleaning team that we really like, can we request them again?
The most experienced house cleaning teams are very booked doing regular
weekly or every other week cleaning. We will do our best to accomodate your requests.
What
if I am not happy with the team that you send?
If you are satisfied with the first team that we send then we will do
our best to keep this team coming back. If, for any reason, you
are not satisfied with that team then we can send an
alternative team that is better suited to your needs for the next
service. If you
are not happy we want to know so we can make things right.
What
about tipping?
We leave that up to you. Tips are not expected, but they are always
appreciated!
Do
you accept credit cards?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for your
convenience. Or, if you prefer you can pay us with cash
or a check at the time of your service.
Do
I need to do anything before the cleaning?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few
minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other
household items.
